Chronic kidney disease

I have CKD ,my urine is foamy. I'm tired most of the time.I sit down and I fall asleep.My doctor prescribed a pill for me to help get rid of the sugar through my urine. I'm also a diabetic, which is why I have kidney disease. I'm a stage 3b. If you know anything that might help let me know.
