I just wanted to wish all of you kidney warriors💚 a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays/Chanukah and please enjoy yourselves. It’s okay to have a little bit of all the beautiful food. One meal won’t derail you in the scheme of things. Just eat healthy on your other meals of the day and drink all your allotted water. Peace/Shalom
