Living with CKD and 7 other comorbidities

Diagnosed about 6 weeks ago with CKD Stage 3a, Stage 3 MASH Liver disease with Fibrosis, and Hypothyroidism (non-Hashimoto's). Dr is taking a wait and see approach to the CKD, so right now tests seem focused on the Liver. I had no symptoms when I was diagnosed with any of them, except for twinges in my liver. Nothing with kidneys. It was found by my new GP. My previous one totally missed all three.
Symptoms of all of them show chronic fatigue as a symptom, so its hard to tell which one is affecting me.
There are other overlaps with symptoms that make it difficult to determine the causes. In the last couple of weeks, I've started having discomfort in both kidneys and the liver. I received Synthroid for the Hypothyroidism, none prescribed as yet for the other 2. This came out of left field, and still trying to get my head around all of it.
