How can we get supermarkets to have sections for low carb and low salt food?

That's a good question - I would definitely start with emailing the CEO or COO of the store chain. You'd be surprised how often they respond. While they do have these types of products in smaller sections or in individual production sections, at least here by me, there is no special isle just for it!
