How do I not be so scared

  1. Accept that is a perfectly normal emotion. Best to research all the information you can and find a doctor who you trust.

    1. For me, like johnkidney said above, it comes from making plans. I make plans in order to prepare if things happen, what I might be able to do. Of course, the plan may have to go out the window if things go sideways, but still, having a plan (or at least the idea of a plan) in place makes me have much less anxiety. That, and knowing we are not alone! Keep on keepin' on, DPM
