Citrus Crush
Just like its title, this drink will take you right into the holiday season. I personally like to enjoy this beverage on cold days, especially when I have an off day. You’ll find me cuddled up on my couch with a blanket in front of my fireplace enjoying a show.
A drink with benefits
My favorite part about this drink is that it is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients. It has citrus and spices that help combat colds. The tartness of the fresh cranberries gives it a punch. Cranberries are also helpful for urinary tract and kidney health.

- 8 cinnamon sticks

- Add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 slices of orange, 1 cup of cranberries, and 1 tsp. of cloves into the pot and boil until the cranberries turn soft.

If you'd like to serve this drink cold, you absolutely can! After you strain it, you will want it to set out until it is cool, then store it. Once it is cool, you can pour it over ice, and use the same garnishes.
Enjoy!
