How do I improve foggyness and fatigue

I will be doing mu 3 year anniversary for Dialysis in April. Since then especially in the last 9 months my health has declined. First it was migraines after Dialysis that actually was an issue with blood pressure. It took my Nephrologist a while to get it figured out. But there were many trips to the ER which were not fun. I know blood pressure issues are not easy...but the fatigue and foggyness still remain. I feel that while Dialysis is saving my life...I feel it is slowly killing me!

  1. Here are some tips that might help, it has some info some of out other community memebers have said helps them. Every body is different, obviously, but it some things work for some and others for others. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help. Keep on keepin' on, DPM

  2. After Dialysis sessions I am kind of a zombie. I find it hard to sleep on those nights because my body is tense....cannot relax and yet feel exhausted! So I take 1 Trazadone and a couple of Tylenol. I in-between nights I sleep pretty good.

    1. I had similar experiences after chemo. For the next three days, sometimes I barely had enough energy to even shower! It was awful and I felt like I was letting myself and everyone else down but I did end up in remission so I feel like it was worth it! Just know you are not alone in this! Keep on keepin' on, DPM
