What Do You Do If Your Sodium Levels Are Too Low?

When most of us are diagnosis with chronic kidney disease the first thing they tell us is to eat right and drink more water.

But what happens when you are drinking so much water that it is flushing out necessary electrolytes? Do you add a little more salt back to your diet?

I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Diane (Team Member)

  1. Did you cut salt out of your diet?
