Has anyone been put on farxiga for their CKD and if so any bad side effects or has it worked?

hello and good morning. I just wanted to reach out and say while I’m not on Farxiga it has been mentioned to me by my nephrologist. I haven’t agreed to it because I hate taking any drugs and I’m a little hesitant with the side effects. Right now I’ve been stable at 3b for quite a long time. If things were to change of course I would think harder about it. I believe it’s not a cheap drug either and when I looked it up my cost was somewhere around $180. That’s a lot for someone living on social security. I do hope some folks jump in and respond to your question. In the meantime here are a few responses I found in our forum.
