"Got the call to do cognitive behavioural therapy."

I have recently been struggling with my anxiety. I recently assessed to see what help I would need to get the tools to learn to control my panic attacks, and they told me that cognitive behavioural therapy is best suited to control my panic attacks; fingers are crossed I start my first session in a few weeks. I would like some advice if you've been in a position similarmine.

Thank you
Sabad

  1. , how did this go? I did some research and saw that this helps with identifying problems. You'll work with your therapist to identify problems in your life, such as a medical condition, grief, or a mental health disorder. You'll learn to recognize negative or inaccurate thinking patterns and how they may be contributing to your problems.

Did this help you at all? I would like to know more about this. Diane (Team Member)
