Exercising while having CKD!

I have recently started going to the gym again after years without doing any exercise and I can say it’s been so good not only for my physically but mentally also does anyone else share the same thoughts?

  1. I have found exercise/walking has helped me a lot.

    1. Hi i most definitely agree I try to walk 3 times a weeks and also exercise 2/3 times a week I’m glad it helps you also keep it up 💪 Khiry ( Team Member)
