Confidence being damaged since having CKD
Since I was diagnosed with CKD back In 2009 I feel my confidence has worse and worse as the years have gone on. I used to be outgoing the life and soul of the party and always wanted to hang out with friends now I am very much reserved and don’t like socialising as much has anyone else ever had this problem?

, this is something I did go through in life. I got my first chronic illness at 5 years old in 1963. I have several now and it has been a journey. It was during my younger years that I just didn't want to go on. I am 66 now and my father is 90. I don't let anything steal my joy anymore. My father's favorite words are - Live as long as you can and die when you can't help it. I understand perfectly what you are saying and hope this has passed for you. How are you feeling these days?
