What Do You Do When Your Cramps Are Unbearble?

I have talked to many people who have the most painful cramping. They are saying it is the worst pain ever. I remember getting a cramp so bad once that it brought me to my knees. My leg hurt for 2 days after that.

What are some things you do to help with your cramps when you get them real bad? The community would like to hear from you. Diane (Team Member)

  1. Just have to walk it out. I noticed I don't really get them very often now that I am drinking water.

    1. Yeah cramps are the worst. I started taking magnesium at night time and that cut my cramps back a huge amount. There is also a foam you can get called Theraworx Relief from Amazon that helps with muscle cramps and spasm relief. If I have a break through cramp at night I grab that bottle and apply some of the foam to the area that's cramping. It really works.

    2. I don't get them that often either, but when I do. I sure remember them. Diane (Team Member)

  2. Hey Diane! Have you spoken to your doctor about taking Magnesium? This helped me soooo much. I rarely get them now but when I do I also use a foam called Theraworx Relief (17.1 fl oz) that I got on Amazon for muscle cramp and spasm relief. It contains magnesium sulfate that gets absorbed in to the skin. It shuts the cramping down. I have this right next to my bed so I can just reach out and get a handful of foam to rub into my calf. Hope this helps you! Cindy (TM)

    1. Hello , thanks for replying. I don't get them that often. I will bring it up at my next appointment. I do need to invest in that cream. Thanks for sharing. Diane (Team Member)
