I’ve been in stage 3 for some time. My GFR is usually 150-155 but recently has been 164? Why? Ty

I've never seen numbers like that before. Are you in the US or overseas? I feel silly asking because I just might be missing something. Like I'm a stage 3b and my eGFR is 37.
