Hello! I know weight is a problem for lots of folks especially if they are trying to loose the weight necessary for a transplant. I lost weight of course when I changed my diet for my disease. I stopped all processed foods that have high levels of sodium and fat and of course the fast food restaurants were no longer a stop of mine except the kale salad at Chick fil A, lol. I started eating lot of fresh organic vegetables and fruits, brown rice, lentils, tofu, quinoa, edamame, and twice a week I have organic boneless skinless chicken breast and wild caught salmon each 3 ounces. I drink my allotted 64 ounces of water a day. I also started taking a stretching/abs class at the YMCA. Here are a couple of articles about exercising that may help. https://chronic-kidney-disease.net/exercise
