Been through it all

My name is Doylan Jackson/dj and my story starts in 2017. I was having heart issues and I had to get a heart pump put in to help my heart pump blood. In April 23rd and 24th of 2019, I had a heart transplant at University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor. Memorial Day 2023, I was in my hometown of Muskegon Heights, Michigan when I was having stomach pain and I had to go back to University of Michigan hospital by ambulance. Once there, I was diagnosed with pancreatitis and I had 3 heart attacks and was placed in a coma for 6 weeks.

I never was on dialysis, but because my kidneys haven't worked well enough to clean my blood and also while in the hospital I developed C-diff and ecoli in my stomach for 8 months, but thanks to my Heavenly Father and the Kidney Foundation, I am doing very well and I am about to start the training to do home dialysis.
