Short but not sweet!

In 2003, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. After a 2nd opinion and biopsy, I had the left one removed. Right kidney is currently stage 3b with a GFR of 39 at last blood test.

My current plan to manage chronic kidney disease

I looked over a renal diet, but I'm not sure it's worth changing my diet that drastically. I began cutting down on sodium, calcium, potassium, and sugar, so I'll wait to see my numbers in a couple of months. BTW, also started taking Farxiga daily as per my nephrologist.
