Salmon Stir Fry
This recipe is great if you are looking for a simple dish that only takes about 30 minutes to make. This is great for those days I am feeling more fatigued. It is very delicious and I usually try to make enough to have some the following day as well. Salmon is loaded with with omega 3 fatty acids that can help with chronic inflammation, it is low in saturated fats and has a great source of protein.
