This is my 4th week of Dialysis. I feel pretty tired most of the time. I would almost say that I felt better before I started Dialysis. Is anybody else experiencing the same or what did you do about it?

I am so sorry this happening. It must be so difficult. I do not have to have dialysis yet. I hope you feel so much better quickly.

Hi there, thank you for your question. Dealing with fatigue can be so difficult. I don't have experience with dialysis personally (and of course, everyone's experiences might differ), but I'm curious if , , or may have any related experiences they'd be willing to share with you. Thinking of you, Minel (Team Member)

Hey, I’m sorry you feeling the rough from your dialysis treatment, it was the same for me I was always tired, felt sluggish and felt like I was dragging my body cause I felt heavy but with each session it gets easier to manage the tiredness and you will start to get energy to do things other than sleep. I would suggest asking you doctor or dialysis nurse you levels and getting an understanding of it too which was helpful for me as I knew if I had high potassium or low iron levels. But please understand with each session it will get better than how you feel now, I hope things get more easier and settled for you and keep up us updated on your progress. Thanks sabad (team member)

Hi firstly I want to say sorry you have to go through this, personally when I first started dialysis my first few weeks I was tired after every session it was something new to me so it was going to take time to adjust. After a while though my body became used to it and it became part of my regular routine, I used to make sure I get enough sleep once I was home or rest the day after, I hope you start to feel less tired the more you continue with your dialysis let us know if there are any improvements Khiry(Team Member)
