I have stage 3A CKD.

Hello , Great question Sharon. I started seeing a nephrologist at stage 3A. I went because I wanted the best care for my kidneys. I am 66 on other medications and needed to know which ones would affect them. I know that diet plays a big part in this so I had lots of questions. Have you talked to your healthcare team about this?
