Well, first off, for what it's worth - you are not alone. I know what it is like to feel that feeling, though, I am divorced and I take care of an aging parent without any help so it can feel very isolating for sure. Just know that there are people out there who you can always reach out to - like here! You can always come to chat, vent, or be around others who really get it.
